Harry’s Heart to Heart diaper Drive kicks off today and goes through the month of March. Last year we collected 6595 diapers, 3152 wipes, $400 cash & a baby bed mattress!

I have no doubt we can do even more this year. I’ve been advised that there’s a special need for diapers Size 4 & 5.

Heart to Heart is local. Located on 16th Street here in Fort Smith, they offer emergency baby and maternity supplies. All items are donated and are provided to clients completely free of charge. Items available vary but can include diapers, formula, maternity and baby clothes, furniture, cribs and mattresses, strollers, car seats and more.

Heart to Heart is a non-profit Pro-Life Ministry dedicated to helping young girls, women, men & families who are expecting an unplanned pregnancy.

Daphne Dahlem, the executive director and all the wonderful people who work and volunteer there are such a huge blessing to our community. Heart to Heart offers maternity & baby items, peer counseling, pregnancy testing, and parenting and teen programs. Their programs are fantastic and are so helpful to people who want to be better people and better parents. Education is such a potent tool for bettering our families and communities, and I’m a fan of all Heart to Heart does to contribute.

Like last year, we will have a “shower” day. That was so fun. Awesome cake, oh boy, that raspberry lemon 😍.
