Service Advisor
Skills required:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Package a plus
- Strong problem solving skills
- Industry experience required
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills
- Energy level appropriate for fast-paced organization
Additional Requirements are as follows:
- Resolves guest complaints and objections to ensure 100% satisfaction
- Promotes and coordinates company services
- Completes paperwork as required and follows company policies and procedures
- Communicates with other departments
- Works well in a very fast paced environment and as a team member
- Other duties as assigned
