At Harry Robinson Buick GMC we pick our employee of the year by having the nominees be the employees of the months for that year and having every employee (almost 100 now!) vote. We call our employees of the month/year VIP because it’s our individual responsibility to each other the be Valuable, Inspiring and Positive. This is what we all strive for and the winners each month have set themselves apart as an excellent example by their managers, coworkers and employees.
Annie Cates, service advisor was a close runner-up and won a weekend at Big Cedar lodge in Branson and meals. The winner, Mike Tisevich, body shop manager was awarded a trip to Rifles Only training in Texas along with airfare, car rental and hotel. We try to give them something they will enjoy.
