Ignition Switch Recall: Understanding the Safety Recall | General Motors.

UNDERSTANDING THE SAFETY RECALL

This page is designed to help you understand the recent ignition switch recall a little better.  If you are driving an affected vehicle, until the safety recall repairs have been performed, it is very important that you remove all items from your key ring, leaving only the vehicle key.  The key fob (if applicable) should also be removed from your key ring. General information and contact details are provided below. For your specific vehicle, please visit the GM Owner Center and enter your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).

We will be contacting customers in our database who have been affected by the recall. If you think your vehicle has been affected & you haven’t been notified please give us a call at 479-646-8600. Amanda will be happy to help you find out if your vehicle has been affected & make arrangements to get you taken care of asap. Even if you don’t use us for your regular maintenance please give us a call. This is an important safety recall and we want to be as helpful as possible through this process.
